1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Lobbi collects personal information necessary to operate the App, including authentication data received from third-party OAuth providers, profile information provided during onboarding, gaming preferences, device and session data, user-generated content, and moderation-related information.

Authentication data may include your email address, display name, profile image, and provider-specific identifiers.

Profile information may include your name, gamertag, date of birth (for age verification), optional bio and avatar, preferences, availability, and optional Parent Shield data.

Device and session data may include device identifiers, operating system details, app version, IP address, authentication method, and timestamps, which are used for security, fraud prevention, and session management.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

Lobbi processes messages, squad requests, matches, and interaction data to enable communication and matching functionality. These communications are stored and processed as part of the App's core services.

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

• Provide and operate the App;
• Match users and enable communication;
• Maintain safety, moderation, and security;
• Prevent fraud and abuse;
• Improve features and user experience.

We do not sell personal information.

4. PARENT SHIELD DATA

Parent Shield information consists only of optional, self-reported age ranges of a user's children. Lobbi does not collect personal data about children and does not knowingly process information that would be considered children's personal data under applicable laws.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Lobbi uses trusted third-party service providers for infrastructure and authentication, including Supabase, Google, Apple, Discord, and IP detection services. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Personal information is retained for as long as your account remains active. When an account is deleted, associated data is removed or anonymized, subject to legal, security, or compliance requirements.

7. DATA SECURITY

Lobbi implements technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and database-level security policies.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to access, delete, and correct personal information. EU users may have additional rights under GDPR.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Lobbi is intended only for users aged 25 and older and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
